OS X System Services
There are two system services in the toolkit, *Accept Critic Mark* and *Reject Critic Mark*. Each service takes a highlighted snippet of text, removes the markup, and leaves behind the appropriate text.
To install the the services on your Mac, copy them into the ~/Library/Services folder. You can set keyboard shortcuts for your snippets in the Keyboard preference pane.
